Our verification service needs to talk to a standard mobile phone.
Pro-Tip: VoIP numbers (like Google Voice, Skype, Zoom, or Open Phone) won’t make the cut, even if they work for your banking apps. Stick to your primary mobile number to ensure a smooth connection!
Seeing "Multiple Accounts Found"?
Don’t sweat it! This just means your phone number has been linked to more than one HONK account in the past.
Simply select "Yes, Verify Account" to confirm the account you're currently using. You’ll be verified and ready to go!
Accidentally verified the wrong one? Just give the HONK Support team a shout and we’ll help you untangle things.
If you need to move your verification to a different phone, you can update it directly through the Reserve n Ski site:
Tap the Menu (☰) (top right corner).
Head to your Profile.
Update your number (don't forget the +1 for North American numbers!).
Follow the prompt to re-verify your new digits.
If the SMS (text) isn't reaching you, try the WhatsApp option instead—or vice versa! Sometimes one method is clearer than the other depending on your service.
