Why we’re doing this
Updating your information helps us maintain an accurate and reliable reservation system. It increases accuracy, keeps the system fair for everyone, and helps make parking spaces available to all guests with a reservation. This small step creates a smoother, more efficient experience for everyone visiting Palisades Tahoe.

To update your payment, please follow the directions below:
- Log in to your Reserve n’ Ski portal (Palisades https://reservenski.parkpalisadestahoe.com/)
- Select any location and available date on the calendar.
- Choose any paid rate.
- On the checkout screen, select an existing payment method or click Add a card.
- Enter your card details and select Save.
- Your card is now stored in your profile and ready for future use.
- To double-check that your card was saved:
- Open the HONK app or go to parking.honkmobile.com and log in with your Reserve n’ Ski email and password (it’s the same account).
- Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper left corner.
- Select Payment — you should now see your saved card listed.
- You do NOT need to complete the purchase to add a card to your account.
