UPark enforcement is typically handled through City of Toronto parking citations. HONK does not have the authority to cancel or void these municipal tickets.
To resolve this, you must file a formal dispute directly with the City.

Be sure to attach your HONK receipt as evidence that you had an active session at the time of the citation.
