If you used the Scan to Pay option (scanning a QR code), you can purchase without entering an email for a receipt.
If you contact HONK support afterwards, we can send you a receipt after you make your purchase and leave the area.
Please provide HONK Support with the following details, and we’ll locate your purchase:
- Date and approximate time of purchase
- Zone ID or location address of purchase
- Price paid
- License plate you think you paid for
