It’s frustrating when a payment won't go through, but it’s usually down to a few quick settings. We can't manually force a payment option on our end, so please give these troubleshooting tips a try:
- Do not use a VPN or work proxy.
- Do not use auto-fill
Only credit cards associated with a North American address will be accepted.
Did you enter all payment details correctly? Spaces are generally not accepted (except for postal code).
Make sure your app/browser is up to date.
Try a different device or shut off your device and try again.
Use data vs. Wi-Fi.
Clear your browser cache.
If you are using the app — please try uninstalling and re-installing.
- Try adding a different card if applicable or contact your bank for further assistance.
The system removes verification after too many failed card attempts for security purposes, and locks you out for 1 hour from your first failed attempt.
