To use HONKs Express Checkout, you will need to open the camera on your mobile phone and aim it at the QR code that is provided on the HONK signage.

You can also initiate a purchase via text.
- initiate your text message app
- in the field you enter the phone number you will be sending the text to, enter the short code 75498
- next in the body of your text enter the ZONE ID (ex. 88225) where you want to pay (listed on signs or near the QR code)
- you will receive a text in return that sends a link to click, where you can enter your plate, choose your duration and complete a parking session
