Cancellations must be completed prior to the start of the parking reservation (5:59AM MT). Please contact Solitude Parking directly if your parking reservation has already begun: parksolitude@interstateparking.com
If the parking reservation has not yet begun, please follow the steps below to cancel:
- Go to the Parking Reservations website https://reservenski.parksolitude.com/ and log in to your HONK Account as needed
- Click on 'Manage Your Parking'
- Under Active Sessions, select the Reservation(s) that you would like to adjust the license plate
- Click on 'Cancel Reservation'
- Confirm the cancellation as you will receive a refund receipt.
