At this location, the first 15 or 30 minutes are on the house—but to keep the lot secure and fair for everyone, registration is required the moment you arrive.
As noted on the posted signage (see attached), all vehicles must be active in our system to be valid, even during the free window. If a plate isn't registered, the enforcement team has no way of knowing how long the vehicle has been onsite, which typically results in a citation.
If you’ve received a ticket, the fastest way to handle it is directly through the enforcement portal:
