The locations listed below for purchase have signs posted (attached) advising you that you need to register your vehicle for 15 Minutes ZONE 66004 or 30 Minutes ZONE 66005 of FREE parking.
If you did not register your vehicle, you most likely received a ticket.
The ticket has a QR code on it that you can scan to make your payment, or you can CLICK HERE to pay for it through HONK.
