The City of Welland requests that customers who wish to appeal the parking tickets that have been issued by them, contact them directly.
If you need to dispute a ticket, you will have to follow the appeals process listed on the ticket itself.
The City of Welland has access to the payment/transaction information through HONK, so they can determine if it is an officer, customer or system error.
