Planning ahead with a rental car? We’ve made it easy to secure your spot even before you pick up your keys. Since our system ensures fair access by limiting reservations per account and license plate, you'll just need a temporary placeholder to get started.
When booking your reservation, the system will require a license plate number. Since you likely don't have your rental plate yet, you can use a placeholder:
Option A: Use your personal vehicle’s license plate.
Option B: Use a unique random word (e.g., WATER, TABLE, or SHOE).
Note: We recommend avoiding common placeholders like "RENTAL" or "123456," as other savvy parkers may have already used them, which could trigger a "duplicate plate" error.
Once you’ve picked up your rental and have the official license plate number you can make the adjustment through the same reservation site you made your reservation initially.
